Data we process

• Purchase data: email, name, billing address, country and, if you provide it, your VAT number.
• TradingView username, when you buy a product delivered by invitation on that platform.
• Technical data required to secure the service (IP address and access logs).

We never process card data: payment takes place entirely on Stripe.

Purposes and legal bases

• Managing your order and delivering the product: performance of the contract.
• Issuing invoices and meeting accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
• Preventing fraud and protecting the service: legitimate interest.

Recipients and processors

Stripe (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (email delivery). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law. Other data are kept only while needed for the purpose they were collected for.
